LH: What is your point. We see the Boston Globes Point of View but what would you expect from that liberal rag. Once again the article accuses MSFT of being too rough on its competitors - So what that's business in the fast lane. No mention of harm to the consumers. If he rules against MSFT he can say all he wants about Gates' credibility but the gov't must still prove harm to the consumer. On top of that AOL and SUNW have done quite well since they went crying to the DOJ so where is even the harm to them. Please explain. JFD
