Tom I think you are right, everyone needs to evaluate their objective and either wait it out or sell and move on. If they decide to sell then they need to decide if they feel any laws were broken and take appropriate action. I feel as though until the shareholders forced hands this game of "next week" would have lasted til the cows came home. I'm staying for the duration, but then there are many that do not have the same investment philosophy that I do. So I'll be the last one out to turn out the lights and lock the door.
