Sonny: First, I did not double up on SUNW. I can't afford to double up on SUNW. My last investment in SUNW was on 10/22/99 at $90 3/8. Second, I have heard nothing new about a T deal. However, here are my predictions, FWIW: 1. T will win the Portand open access appeal in the Ninth Circuit. 2. MSFT will not settle prior to the issuance of a FOF in the antitrust case. 3. The court will rule against MSFT in the antitrust case. 4. SUNW will move up on a ruling adverse to MSFT. 5. MSFT will settle after the FOF in the antitrust case. 5. AOL and T will form a high speed internet access alliance. 6. As a result of McNealy joining the GE board, Welch's golf handicap will go down. 7. As a result of McNealy joining the GE board, McNealy will lose more golf related side bets to Welch. 8. The benefit SUNW will receive as result of McNealy going on the GE board will be inversely proportionate to the percentage reduction in Welch's golf handicap. 9.
