Billy, No one knows the hit count on the sites, and if that stat were available these people wouldn't be above having one of their boiler rooms click refresh all day. That in my opinion. As for the share count, well your in luck, i'm going to give you a pre-release peak at a small part of my upcoming treatise soon to be forwarded to the SEC.
ZSUN share count shenanigans.

Notice that they were at one time off 64,998 shares. Coincidentally, then CEO Tony Tobin(actually he wasn't Bryant Cragun was according to the 10SB) paid back a $70k loan with 65k shares of restricted stock. Funny, the loan wasn't due for 7 more months, he could have held the shares and cashed out for a million or more, if he ever really had the shares.
Also keep in mind that a share count is sort of arbitrary. The owners of OIA, the only profitable part of ZSUN, had it worked into their buyout, that for every dollar over $2.5mm they earned starting Q2 99 through Q1 2000 they get two shares(post split) of stock.
