A random thought on ICO/McCaw developments--McCaw is getting a pretty riskless steal. So far, he's indicated his intention to put together an investment group. What has happened so far is absolutely non-binding, as far as I can tell. In 60 days, say, the bankruptcy judge says "Okay, put together your group". McCaw takes another 90 days to put the group together. That's 5 months from now, minimum. Wouldn't you like to have a free option on ICO shares for 5 months, at today's ICO price? His only costs until then are attorneys fees. (He doesn't even have to arrange financing for 120 days!) In the meantime, G* proves the market to him, he learns where the sweetspots are, and then is able to launch with virtually all of the market risk eliminated. Wouldn't you like to be in his spot?
