By "wobbly" I meant unsteady. For example, the Dow might be up in the morning but down at the close and Nasdaq behaved just the opposite, and on the next day, things might go the opposite way and so on.
I must admit I am puzzled. However, I think that Richard Nolle was more right in his predictions than was Arch Crawford. For example, Nolle called for a market correction on ~August 11th and said that the Nasdaq would hit bottom last week or this week. Recent behaviour of the Nasdaq would seem to indicate Nolle was quite right. But of course, Crawford could easily say that everything is NOT over yet!
Rightly or wrongly, I think the markets are being manipulated to make things look rosy, and to make gold look very unattractive as an investment to discourage investment in gold. Also, a good number of the hedgers and shorters happen to be elitists (i.e. the big boys and large investment banks and gold mining companies, too) and they want to continue to be able to make money on gold or suffer only minimal loss. That would be possible only if the price of gold is held down!
If you really think astrologers give contra-indications that are actually buy signals, by all means jump in whenever they predict gloom and doom!!! Good luck!!!
For myself, I am glad I did point out in August that the astrologers' predictions might be wrong that time because Uranus was retrograde. But Uranus is now going Direct! and from hereon, the adverse aspects it makes with other planets should have power!
What will happen next? As I said, I am puzzled. But we shall see!
By the way, what is your TA telling you? Share the info, OK?
P.S. Don't forget that way back in 1929, doomsayers were laughed at. The big boys, one after another, made annoucements that everything was OK and the markets continued to soar! Then, a short while later, the big crash happened ruining lotsa' fortunes and lives. Will the same thing happen this time? I hope not. But then they often say that history repeats itself <ggg>. |
