Ah, the judge can kiss my...oh well you get the picture. The guy is a rat, he rushes to get his announcement out 1 minute after earnings, then he sits on his hands. I don't think there will be any settlement here. The old windbag will get his day in the sun blasting microsoft, just like he always dreamed of doing. But I hope I'm wrong for the sake of my sad and forlorn Nov 100 options that I bought expressly for the earnings announcement.
