Don,

I understand your position. But, at this point, what may be more relevant is Intel's ungodly powerful position in the industry. In my opinion, one ought not bet against them. They have very deep pockets, and very tight alliances and partnerships. Moreover, they want Rambus to be the next memory standard in a bad way. Just imagine what it would mean to Intel, especially as the desktop continues to fall from prominence.
