Lizzie, You are correct in your concerns that Privatazation of our School System would be more disasterous than the Insurance Programs..Vouchers are fine but when the "local Yokel" gets his fistfull of $$$$$ It would become an awful nightmare. That would lead to the educated vs uneducated in the longterm. I have a problem with Uniforms in the Public School..It is too remniscent of Hitlers Nazi BrownShirts' Please Not here...
