Good question. Very often with penny stocks, unless the split is followed IMO almost immediately with great news, the stock starts to drift back down.

In this case, I assume for now, that the reverse was done to make the company more attractive to certain buyers, and of course the "intention" of all BB's to list on the Nas Small Cap.

LOL, so far the reverse has done diddley, it hasn't traded.

Here's a little article where a split was good.
