Then why would they make the "let the market decide" statement to begin with? They made that statement around the same time they made the Rambus will ship announcement. Intel is suing the little guys but leaving the big guys like HP alone, who are doing the same thing as the little guys regarding PC133. And don't you think the OEM's want AMD and other cpu makers to still be around to keep Intel competitive?
