how a determination is made to whether or not an organization is or has been
a political organization.
Speculation and predicting and advising we all lucky can do in USA.
For you to say that Bill Murphy has declared GATA a political organization
based on him stating it so in a remark spoken thru this organization has no
certification validity.
What if Bill drank too much beer and posted thru GATA that the organization
is a criminal organization type, should law enforcment invoke RICO and round up
all persons associated with it ? NO.
Anyway, what Bill Murphy spoke of was not a declaration of function,
but an attitude derived from another type organization call political
where he wishes that those of GATA would adapt.

but if he wishes later to run for political office,
then he is creating and making stuff a platform CAN BE created FROM.
