It's always been the Brokerages/Insider's vs the shleppers... Trick is, to pick out the scams... The best mandatory form that the VSE has come out with, is that Form 61 that all VSE listed companies have to file every quarter... In it they gotta state how many options/warrants are outstanding and or have been exercised and/or granted and which Insider controls how many...Now that piece of paper makes an interesting read... That's the first one I go to when I'm into a thorough DD and then I branch out from there... Wish all the exchanges made it a mandatory filing... I'm hoping to have direct links to SEDAR on each and every listing, on all the exchanges, in alphabetical order, within the next few months, on my site (and that's no small undertaking)... ...ed
