I gave up and moved some of my sidelined money back into mutual funds last week. I don't know whether this qualifies as another capitulating bearess, but I've held off for a year, missed a a LOT of money, and can't justify sitting on it any longer. I offer this as evidence of---- something. I"m ready to move it out again quickly!
