Saw that as well. Seems that approx 1% of buyers on EBay and/or other auction sites are being fleeced. That may not seem like much until you determine 1% of what number. Poor old mom & pop, brick & mortar stores still offer "satisfaction guaranteed", but that seems to be more than these folks want to offer.

I fairly frequently buy software, travel, etc. online, but auction sites will probably not see any of my money until they offer a little better chance of the recovery of money lost via their company.
