Walter, the Cequence recorder uploads into a main frame type of unit built by Lanier to be converted to text.

I am glad that you brought that up because Fred said at the meeting that EDIG's engineers have already demo'd in the lab a handheld that was capable of VTT directly. Fred stated that this would probably be a modification to the Lanier recorder in the future.

Let's not forget that a PR is coming out tomorrow capping the meeting said Fred.

He stated that the invite to JUSTRI was unsolicited. That means some of the big boys already know what EDIG has. Fred said that will be great exposure for them.

A kind of subtle hint from Fred was something he repeated twice in a row. He stated that EDIG was the first player to use EPAC, then he said the Madison Project was only using EPAC, and then he said that EDIG was the first player to use EPAC again. I think he was trying to hint that EDIG is going to dominate the digital music player market.

He stated that the VoiceTIMES has opened doors to several new OEMs for recorders.

When asked about one of the large partners taking an equity investment in EDIG he said " No Comment "

When asked about the Intel devices, when, where, what he acted as if it was a top secret weapon system being developed by the government.

IMO I am getting the feeling that this EDIG/INTEL relationship is going to be something bigger than any of us are thinking and I believe that INTEL will be taking or has taken an investment in EDIG. This is just my opinion and hopes.

The only think keeping us from the Nasdaq is the $4.00 share price.

Here's something big, when Fred was done talking about all the different companies and expos that the EDIG player will be making a debut at in the next couple of weeks, he stated that the two holdups for the launching of digital music players, music lables and OEM's schedules, will be complete.

He said that we should expect to hear announcements for new OEM collaborations in the near future.

Lanier recorder is estimated at $6 to $10 million in revenues for next year. This will increase over the next 2 years as they move into the legal field as well.

He stated that the Lanier recorder is targeted at a specific group of people. But that the music device is for everyone and that the revenues from some OEMs that market the EDIG music player could completely eclipse the revenues of the Lanier recorder. WOW !!

He said that they are talking to a number of companies about liscensing the MicroOS.

Someone asked about EDIG and Bluetooth. He mentioned that the new engineer, Mr. Anandpura was to be involved with that. He is in the process of moving here from somewhere.

The speech given by Allen Cocumelli, (director), was very interesting. He is an internet visionary and what he tried to convey to everyone was that no one can really imagine what is coming with these handheld devices. He said to not watch Intel, IBM or other tech companies but to watch what people start doing with them. In other words the tech companies aren't the ones who will figure out what all of these devices will be used for and what they want, it will be the people themselves. He said he sees EDIG at the heart of this new industry and the music player is just the tip of the iceberg.

About a takeover. Fred said that the float will act as a poison pill because a company would have to buy so much and that would drive the stock up too high. He also said, and I totally agree, that the large float will be very good for institutional buying.

That's all I have written down. But that's more than enough to gap this sucker big time tomorrow and run it up.

The next several weeks will be a formal introduction of e.Digital to the world. Think about Lucent, TI, Liquid Audio, RCA, Sandisk, Sanyo and others I didn't quite get putting the word out about the EDIG player to so many OEMs and investors at all of these coming trade shows. Then the kicker of EDIG speaking at JUSTRI.

Let's get this $4.00 plus price going soon so we can get on the Nasdaq.
