Shadowfactor Battlecom is full-duplex (which means multiple people can talk at once), PC to PC and can have more than two users. And, a more important feature that you don't mention, Battlecom is specifically designed to work with the most popular games, so that game sounds are heard by the local user, but not transmitted to other users, while not requiring a second sound card.

I actually tested Battlecom over a year ago when TMSR was floating this pipe dream. You should try doing a little research, instead of wishful thinking.
