I think the market is showing signs of breathing anticipation into Jordex, which at this point seems very reasonable. It will be very interesting to see how this pans out over the coming weeks and months as I fully expect JDX management have a well crafted plan in place. I'm always curious when there is a period of no news as JDX has experienced in the past few months. Is this just a fluke? Personally, I don't think so. It wouldn't be the first time I saw a company "tinker" with their news until the timing was right in order to get the maximum gain. Personally I'm looking/hoping for a multistage approach to JDX's rise in shareprice.

Stage One: Anticipation

I think we are starting to see this phase beginning now and I expect it to continue to build.

Stage Two: JDX News Release(s) and Beginning of Promotion Phase

Jordex finally lets everyone in on (at least some) of their own developments/aquisitions, giving further rise to the share price. The promotion machine also gears up.

Stage Three: Medsite S1's

Another very good push upwards as people see that Medsite really is going to Nasdaq. Promotion phase goes into high gear bringing a lot of attention to the stock from a wider audience, including an ipo hungry U.S. audience.

Possible Stage Four: Further JDX releases?

I wouldn't be surprised to see another release or two by JDX showing further developments/aquisitions of their own doing. This would be a nice way to continue the momentum in the period between the S1's and the actual first couple of days of trading of Medsite on Nasdaq. Shareprice will rise due to the above announcements and then also continue to rise in anticipation of Medsite beginning trading.

Stage Five: Medsite begins trading on Nasdaq.

Medsite is a high quality IPO and should do exceptionally well on Nasdaq, bringing JDX along for a great ride up.

Somewhere at that point I'll take my exit. <gg!>

Of course the above stages are just my own theorizing. Gotta do something when management won't tell you anything! I do think this theory seems fairly reasonable and plausible though. It will be interesting to see how JDX actually puts this all into motion.

So far the market is responding/behaving as I expected at this point in time so I'll keep with this theory until shown different! As I said earlier, I think we're just beginning Stage 1. I.m.h.o., there are far greater rises in share price to come.

Regards,

Kevin
