I thought about using Frontpage to build my site Al but there's one huge problem with it that really turned me off. They end all their pages with an asp instead of html and the search engines do not catalogue pages that end in asp. That means the site would be very hard for people to find . . . that would really suck for business. That's why I chose to build my site with Yahoo Store and not Frontpage98. There's no software to buy or download with Yahoo Store and it's much easier and better than Frontpage98. I think it's the best way to build any kind of site.

If you've built a business site and you want better traffic you need to build your site with Yahoo Store or another piece of software. I don't know why a smart company like Microsoft would do such a stupid thing. Even most of their own pages do not get picked up by search engines because they do not end with html. Frontpage98 users never seem to realize this.

I had a competitor who had a product that I needed to buy from him to resell and he came out and confessed to me that they had been running some tests on my site to see what kind of traffic my site gets. They said that even though my site was fairly new I was getting way more traffic than they were and they had been on the Net for a very long time. He said he couldn't understand why that was. I asked him how he built his page and when he said Frontpage98, I told him that was his problem. He changed his site immediately and after a few months he found his traffic increased quite a bit.

You might want to consider rebuilding your site . . . that's probably the last thing you wanted to hear.
