Given CABOT's holding in AMTX and lack of other
institutional interest in amtx,
you get the picture.

whether or not SEC can make a case is another thing.

the best scenario: little movement on amtx's stock.
worst scenario: this stock could be in the single digit.

By today's performance in mrv, iomg & presstek, all bets
are on the downside.
