Sam, actually there you aren't far off track thinking about HWP and Dell. HWP is having the same type of problems IBM is and Dell has established an relationship with HWP through their spin off company Celestica making motherboards for Dell. Also, Dell has promoted HWP's printers on their website. IBM's Dell relationship is stronger as a parts supplier to Dell but at this point there is no established public plans for IBM/Dell in PC manufacturing only speculation at this point. I wouldn't mind seeing a bidding war between HWP and IBM trying to get a piece of Dell.
