Yitz,

You can "freeze" a quote sheet which reflects a hotlist by right-clicking to get the menu, choose Symbols, then Hotlist and uncheck the Hotlist check box. This will leave the window in it's present state. If you simultaneously open a new quote window and restart the hotlist there, you'll have an active list as well. Just alternate the two.
