can clearly see this. Somethiing else is driving this trial.
I was hoping for a last-minute settlement but msft either feels strongly they will prevail or has too much to lose in a settlement as well. They have surely miscalculated the effect this has on the stock price and it would be a shame to see it break down from here and revisit 80 AGAIN it has not been acting like a gorilla lately--more like a chimp like novl or cpq.
