re: If he rules against MSFT he can say all he wants about Gates' credibility but the gov't must still prove harm to the consumer. On top of that AOL and SUNW have done quite well since they went crying to the DOJ so where is even the harm to them. Please explain. Exactly. EVERYBODY except the DOJ lawyers and judge jacka$% can clearly see this. Somethiing else is driving this trial. I was hoping for a last-minute settlement but msft either feels strongly they will prevail or has too much to lose in a settlement as well. They have surely miscalculated the effect this has on the stock price and it would be a shame to see it break down from here and revisit 80 AGAIN it has not been acting like a gorilla lately--more like a chimp like novl or cpq.
