That's a good summary, Ram. Lev has described his policy in the past at various times. He doesn't have a verbose IR policy and he is sensitive to premature claims, as he has every reason to be.

The Koreans can say whatever they want; Lev can't.

Of course, running up to a conference call, it might occur to Lev to call his JV buds and have them seed the field a bit.
