As we have had conversations on the phone in the past, I Knew from the beginning that your intents were to short the stock. I never said anything because of your hyping of the company, as it was a asset
to my holdings.. The problem I had the whole time was that the buys you stated you were buying, never showed on the screens. A matter of fact; one day you stated to me that you bought 30,000 shares, and I ended up buying 47% of the volume that day which was 97000+ -. If you take 45,000 shares bought, and you take 45,000 shares sold, you have 90,000..As having live level two systems, I did not see any buys, or a total of buys, coming close to what you were stating. Maybe you might of thought you were buying Gifs, but in reality I did not see it.
Then to my amazement, having lunch with Mohamed and Mike, I brought up the issue of IMXS conversations...My wife and I were interested in buying some and converting them..It happened that Mohamed had the current conversation list with him, and I looked to see if you were on there...I did not see your name or company, and addressed the issue.
Mike stated that he has not seen any conversations of yours, and or heard from you.... The conversation was in general, but we were interested in who else was holding the large blocks from public records.
Then about a month ago, we talked via e-mail, and said you were not following the company because you had other things with work more pressing. It is funny that when del, caroline, al, boston, and a few others disappeared, so did you...It is also funny that when Mohameds
house was broken into, their offices broken into, and his car broken into, that you guys were to be visiting Genesis's offices, and then cancelled at last minute. Maybe cancelled, but maybe you were still
in their neck of the woods ?
Then to top it off, you speak to Gayle and tell him things in context
that were from paperwork out of Mohameds case taken from his car..As I have been told, what you stated to gayle, nobody knew, not even Mike R. of Genesis.. It seems to me, all based on my opinions and DD that you are into this more than your telling... What will be amazing is when the pictures taken from the surveilance camera's and your identity are put together, or maybe it might end up being "accessory to the fact"...
Either way, my feeling and opinions are that you better find a different stock to short, because this one will end up having you in trouble.
