I get the point that every stock has a 'history'. I just don't get the 'The future is what the past maketh' theory. for example...pull up a chart on Apple for the past 2 years. Who the hell could have predicted it would be $80 a share? I bought at $15 about 18 months ago...sure wish I had been able to buy more than I did tho :>) dave
