Right you are! chris In all probability, perhaps this 'new' company buying in held a WHOLE BOATLOAD of warrants! So seeing that they were going to expire worthlessly...they made some kind of deal...let them 'buy in' WAY below the strike price and thus prevent a complete financial disaster, but screwed us right in the ... IMHO only chris
