Watch for OII earnings November 8:

They need to break that 19 cent estimate to show things are turning around. If they do, the downtrend will reverse. This stock is terribly undervalued with oil at 20-25$ per barrel. Missing the mark by a penny or two shouldn't hurt much, depending on what is said in the quarterly report. I think a bad news bias is already factored into the price of the stock.
