Doug, since Dave isn't responding, I'm posting to you. Wish we could get a progress report on the Bumbat Mill. Unless Dave can state that substantial negotiations are going on with MAC for MAC to pay what it owes and for the Mill to be re-opened (US$300 would just re-opening), then it would appear to any common sense person that TDC's operations in Mongolia are permanently over. We have to call a spade .. a spade!
