As I only skim the RB ORXX thread, and then only rarely, I'm curious about the events leading up to your decision to move on. For a start, here is a recent post of yours that I found interesting. If Foolgold, the attorney next door to ORXX and a major pumper, is anything more than a shareholder, uh oh... Also, who is "J Surgent"?

BS ... BUSINESS??? You want to know when I felt like throwing up and was getting the business is when Warren told me the 8M shares issued to the consultants did not have a sign board resolution last week when I called him at his home on a sunday morning and they were going after J Surgent legally. FLAG!
However, I told Gandophe and he did not post that just that they were looking into it with his conversation with the corporate attorneys. FLAG!
Then I felt like throwing up when I saw it was confirmed earlier when someone posted that it had a legal opinion and there is nothing wrong. NO ONE questioned where the signed board resolution was. FLAG! If I am not mistaken you need a signed board resolution and the TA is always instructed by the company and who is and has been in charge of the company. Now if Warren wants to deny that FINE but that woke me up to jigs ups post about was there a time when there was no STA. FLAG!
I knew I had gotten the business again when Gandophe knew that all this was about to break and sold so he could buy cheaper and rally the stock. FLAG! He is now the new champion. Ask him how many times he called me. Ask how he got me to hold off because of his 5 month old baby and it would kill him. I have a soft heart. Then read his postings today. FLAG! He knew when I had those legal number on that case against Surgent and everything else that I felt is wrong here I was going to come on here and post it just the same as I would any information I got.
You want the pump and dump you want the scenario that fits into getting cheaper shares. ASK HIM!!! You people need to ask hard questions and get the answers. PERIOD!
BTW for those really not paying attention ... what did the consultants do to get that 8M shares of free trading stock back in June/July when this stock was trading at $2.00 a share? That is an aggregate of $16,000,000.00 for a shell that had no assets and NO money. FLAG!
Why they refuse to give out the restricted shares when the oversell hit the outstanding but it did not really. We found out the OS had gone up but not what the float was or is today even. FLAG!
Warren is the one that told me about the back dated resignation to free up the 144 stock for the ex CFO. FLAG!
Where do you folks think I got most of my information ... The office in FLorida. Now I am accused of being in whatever with foolgold. Foolgold is an attorney next door to the OREX office and Warren introduced me to him.
Warren even said Don was the COO and Don did not know what he was talking about 2 minutes after I talked to Don and he said he was not on the board or an officer in the company because he was getting shares for his assets. BS ... I know a lot of companies where the CEO brings in their assets! They get restricted shares! Another FLAG!
Follow the stock structure and that is what I did and have done ... just like following the money. When they severe the restricted share figure from the STA flags went off.
ANSWER those dad gum questions. DO the DD and ANSWER those questions. Its all on the board if you chose to ignore it FINE!
BTW way the questions were answered with a yes to all on this board. SO I am not bashing I am posting factual information I received from the company and merely did the verification.
White wash it till you are blue in the face I do not care. Why is it when I was posting what Warren was feeding me and it was positive then I was a great guy on here. Now I am posting how Warren's infornmation is flawed and I am a enemy. Only on the internet....
Bash me I do not care ... I told everyone I would post the truth good, bad, ugly when I came on this board. The truth is the truth and this is not about Wickenberg but FLORIDA's business since you want to get down to business!!!!
