Well, they are! (Poor choice of words, I got excited).

All I know is that if they have the $$$ (some don't) they buy more
on the down side. Rumor has it that a truck loader at IOMG bought
4,800 shares @ .50. Factor in splits (5:4, 3:1, 2:1) and you get
36,000 shares @ 37 7/8 = $1,363,500. Not bad, huh?
