Rich, thanks for the story. A roll-up in this industry may likely never be as inexpensive (?) to do again. CMGI or DCLK are going to be the new "best buddies" to TFSM. Soon, IMO. The proposed disallowance of the pooling of interests method of accounting in 2001 also marks the end of the time-line for rapid consolidations that are occurring. We ain't seen nothing yet as far as merger activity is concerned. Mark
