Oh I learned a lot on this I grant you.

Non reporting OTCs are the absolute riskiest plays in the world.

I learned that the oversell is and can be a dilution and not a short. For a cert to come into play it first has to be issued and placed into a brokerage account. Once in the brokerage account then the clearing house for the broker (MM) Sells it into the market to another (MM) whichis bought and then sold again. That is why the oversell match the streetname to the letter. It is all in my daily oversell summaries.

Once the oversell hit the float figure and started increasing I began demanding the restricted shares directly from the STA and that was not and still is no longer being given. As the summary shows the OS was going up. I called DOn and he stated he had gotten nothing.

Flags went off and the more I pressed the more I was told this and that was happening. Well a lot of the information was contradictive of what I had been told earlier.

The rest is on the RB board.
