So, NNC, if the stock pops on open, then the overnight holders win, because they had opportunity to make money overnight. If it drops on open and recovers to a profit position, the overnight holders win. If the stock drops and does not recover we win.

The only article that I have seen is the National Post, they speculate Newbridge is not for sale. I personally believe Mathews will only coinsider selling the company if sellers put pressure on the stock and drive it further down. In the same token as mentioned before, people will start speculating an imminent sale. NP says that Mathews apparently turned down $33.00 a share last year, on a friendly offer. The offer was of course before the next ensuing 3 months of not meeting Q targets. It should be interesting.

JDU apparently has announced the buyout of another big company in the US.

S&P futures are up...should be a good day on the DOW, NASDAQ may run into some profit taking after an initial runnup this AM, we'll see!!!
