JGoren and all, What is your take on the special stockholders meeting for the split when we already have a scheduled one just two months later? All along we knew we needed more stock to split again, but a special meeting as well as all the other expenses could be spared. I find the timing most interesting. Not complaining, understand, just thinking. Tony
