It is becoming quickly apparent that you know just enough about the banking and credit card industry to be stupid.

I appreciate your questions the first time but not the tone or abuse of manny. Now you are just talking with your head firmly inserted, imho.

There is NOTHING inconsistent about stating that the same as cash payment option follows the same path as the flower shop ATM purchase example while also stating that our server is linked into the ATM system. What is amazing is that you posted it as being inconsistent. LOL

Purposefully vague...oh gee go figure. Why in heck should Tom Hughes lay out all the details of his hard work for the past 3+ years in public for anyone to take and copycat tomorrow and compete with him? Vague to mislead you....I don't think so.

Here we go....wish Tom had left the Hpos.com site up with the nice graphical mapping of the tranaction process....oh welll....ET&T is the processor, ECNC is the transaction hub.

Now....you place an order to purchase using eConnect's same as cash ATM PIN optionk. ECNC gets the transaction request from the merchant once you authorize using your ePin or Paymaster. ECNC KNOWS RIGHT THEN THERE IS A TRANSACTION ON WHICH TO CHARGE A FEE INSTANTLY....NO ACCTS REC. But anyway, ECNC notifies ET&T to obtain bank authorization to process the transaction, which ET&T does and relays the confirmation back to ECNC which then confirms to the merchant and the transaction is complete.

If you like your Mastercard so well....go use it and don't bother with us. Manny's job is not to babysit your desire to debate someone about the details of this business plan. If you want to debate...take him up on his offer to get you in touch with Tom Hughes...because Manny is merely relaying Tom's answers to your questions...they are not Manny's answers. duh. If you are too scared to take up his offer (what the hell can he do to you with your phone number? geesh) then simply call the company and arrange a time to call Tom when he is available. oh yeah...but then you wouldn't be able to post here and create a sense of confusion and suspicion about this company......eh?

As far as fees....your lack of attention to detail shows through again quite clearly....the $1 fee applies only to same as cash purchases at our auction sites. Different fees apply to different transactions....and we don't make as much when servicing purchases from someone else's site as when it comes from a proprietary site. And last....the fee is paid by the merchant....but as we all know the merchant is sure to pass it on to the consumers.

sorry to my fellow longs for resorting to this tack but I am in a foul mood and I think I see where this is coming from and have no patience for it.
