I think anti-china sentiments is as strong as ever, or is it anti-clinton sentiments, in congress. I hold no hope of China entering the WTO this year unless slick willie pull yet another rabbit out of his hat.

Sadly, without the WTO membership, both sides would probably be in a trade cold war for the immediate future. I don't see how it will be good for CDMA in China.

Fortunately, QC (the stock) is in a position that they don't need China right now. Eventually, when the rest of the world, according to Caxton, toast GSM and switch to CDMA, China would have no choice but follow.
