>>I don't think the case is what's holding it back. It's the software. And it's the attitude.<<

Now c'mon that is just plain bullshit and you know it!! The only thing that is keeping Microsoft hostage is the waiting verdict of Judge Jackson. I think that any shareholder of Microsoft knows that the entire case was an outrageous miscarriage of justice and waste of the tax payers money. If software was the problem why then is Oracle on a tear?? The cry babies AOL and Sun-Microsystems have been profiting quite nicely as their stocks are now soaring. Soon we will learn if there is justice or disgrace when the Judge makes his ruling. At the next annual share holders meeting for Microsoft it should be the voice of the attending crowds to scream and demand for counter suit, for legal fees and awards of punitive and compensatory damages. The government has not made its case but has build it on a pile of cow
manure and wasted our tax money. You as a shareholder should be vehement and bitter by the farce and charade of the last couple of years. Maybe you are not a share holder???
