Chris,

I am not familiar with CARIBBEENER. Do you have a contact for them?
Are they Public?

As for CVIA... yes, they seem busy pursuing several companies. In addition to Texas Video, they are pursing Light Intertainment, and I understand there are a few others they have their eye on as well. You're right, it does sound like they are trying to capture a good sized piece of the market.

I figure that part of the idea here is to build the company large enough to move onto the NASDAQ Small Cap Market. That should draw more interest to help with cash requirements for further acquisitions, but it also will likely give them more credibility to land bigger projects.

It may take some time, but I think they could get 2 more acquisitions under their belt (3 with Texas Video) by the end of the year. Of course, my enthusiasm is tempered by remembering that it is taking longer than expected for the Texas Video acquisition to be completed.

BTW, the 1996 financials ought to be out shortly as well.

When I last called them, I asked how things are going right now. They said they are working on a couple of large client bids that they feel are good possibilities. They also have bids pending with "several" smaller companies about which they feel pretty confident. Results of these bids could be in anywhere from a few weeks to a few months, depending on many factors. Presently, they are trying to get the Texas Video deal wrapped up as quickly as possible.

That's all I know for now. If you hear anything, let me know. Talk to you later.

Brad
