Bill, Why get this money in the near term, why not wait until the new year shortly before drilling begins? Is the financing for road construction? By early next year further sampling and trenching results from Luicho will be disseminated and the share price may be a bit higher. Surely if a financing takes place soon, the share price will drop (as it always seems to) over the winter months. What kind of investor would consider a financing now with a probable drop in the share price soon to come. Qd
