All the more reason to stand up and defend one's principles including those which we and our forefathers have fought and died for as a nation. I believe Judge Walrath carefully examined all the evidence presented to her in court and was forced to render a quick initial decision. However, she was unaware of a number of important facts including that an alternative restructuring plan was offered to both LGE and Zenith's CEO, Pete Willmott, in September 1997, by this shareholder. The door remains open if only a sliver of light is coming through.....
