The first problem I see is what happens if the price of PLCO rises. .. thats a risk of shorting any stock.. same as if you are long and the stock goes down... The next problem is being forced to cover because the owner has requested my “borrowed” shares because they want to sell. .. there is a thing called a naked short.. where you dont have to borrow the underlying issue in order to short it.. Just telling you how it works. I am long PLCOP and PLCOW.. and have no position in the common, though I do see value in the common.. Happy Trading, Israel
