Be wary of the Fed......Things look good now but you never know...They could rain on the parade. Former Fed Gov Lyle Gramley said he sees a 60% chance the Fed will raise rates Nov 16. He said he expects the fed funds rate to be up 75 bps at 6% by the end of 2000. According to: Bridge News B
