mr.mark, you are correct. After searching for problems Win Doctor displays a grouped list. Right-click the list and select "individual problems", then right-click on an individual problem to ignore. All 11 active X problems I get are "fixed" by Norton, only to return immediately. Next step would be to attack the program where they occur. Gottfried
