APPI.F, currently trading on pink sheets for .04,it is rumored has just been told that they have been approved by SEC to return to OTCBB, this according to shareholders who have talked directly with management. Believe an official announcement is forthcoming . The company is said to be relist with MMs. Supposedly, there are also some contract announcements that have been on hold pending approval. High for year was @ .13.
