Rascal,
For some reason I find this odd. If that were Kimberly in the back.

1. If she was in Florida at the time of the killing.
a. Who notified her of the death
b. What time was she notified
c. Did she instantly call the airlines and get a flight to NJ
d. Who did she contact first
e. Why did they return to the house. Was it to identify the body. Normally that is done by the next of kin and they were not married.
f. Why have ex-husband along.
g. Who were the other guys. If they were attorneys, why bring along an attorney, just in case you are questioned.?

If it were Kimberly in the back of the SUV and she did not go in I would presume that it was to shield her from the horror. If that be the case, then why bring her along at all.
