Dell will in due time scale the proprietary technological barriers and commoditize the complete high end server market. Sun is facing an inflection point in their markets as a software and hardware maker as Apple did when they did battle with Intc and Msft. It is wishful thinking on Sun supporters' part to think that the day won't come. I would expect Sun to try to partner with Dell. Cheers Mike
