Feraldo, just my opinion, but a JAKK/THQI merger would probably represent "economy of scale" and obtain some efficiencies that way - cut overhead, etc. OCLI was bought today by JDSU and running around $165 and just think it was $17 in May 98 when it went in Poormans database. However, I don't think I ever had it in a model as it seemed to always run at high end of PE as I recall. Right under my nose and I missed it. ES, you have probably held all along. Bruce
