This article taken from today's Cape Breton Post looks much more positive:

Sysco sale back on track as Reserve officals
tour plant
By John Campbell
The Sysco sale process is back on track and again under
?radio silence? after a flurry of publicity sparked by
Ottawa lawyer Stuart Hendin, a spokesman for the
Ohio-based Reserve Group.
Bill McNeil, president of Local 1064 United Steelworkers
of America told the Cape Breton Post steelworkers were
shaken by the publicity which suggested the Reserve
Group had backed away after a look at the Sysco books.
But he said representatives of the Reserve Group are on
the plant site and the situation looked ?a lot brighter? after
a 90-minute meeting he and financial secretary Barry
Neville held Tuesday evening with representatives of the
ATN AMRO bank which has been commissioned by the
province to find a buyer for the plant by Dec. 31.
