No one has ever called her "cheap" and lived, but he didn't look any too healthy, and hardly worth wasting ammo on. The Kahuna thread occupants had a lean and hungry look; many would not survive the winter.

But "Cheap"? Why, her thongs were made by one of the top fashion houses in Paris. Her hair highlighted by Sassoon. Her cave furnished in authentic Louis Quatorze. Cheap! Maybe he just needed a little reminder that one did not so cavalierly offend a woman with a knife and an attitude.....perhaps her name carved on his chest would do.
